Production System & Visual Design Rationale
The visual system for this campaign was intentionally designed for speed, flexibility, and full creative control.
Rather than relying on external asset libraries or pre-made graphics, I developed a simplified, hand-drawn illustration style that I could produce independently and iterate on rapidly. This removed dependency on third-party resources (e.g., stock libraries), eliminating both time delays and creative constraints.
By working directly from a tablet-based workflow (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra), I was able to concept, sketch, revise, and finalize visuals in a single continuous process. This allowed for immediate translation of ideas into production-ready assets without interruption.
The simplified illustration style also significantly reduced production time while maintaining functional clarity. In this context, the goal was not visual complexity, but communication efficiency. The stick figure format delivers the same instructional and narrative outcome as more complex illustration styles, without the overhead.
This approach enabled rapid iteration and scalability—new ads can be developed, tested, and deployed quickly without bottlenecks. The result is a highly efficient creative pipeline that prioritizes message delivery, adaptability, and execution speed.
Video Assets for Empower Tech Academy
In addition to conversion-focused advertising, I developed a series of instructional videos using NotebookLM (Google’s AI-powered research and synthesis tool) as part of the EmpowerTech Academy curriculum.
These videos were designed not for marketing, but for learning outcomes—specifically, to help students build confidence and functional understanding of everyday technology through structured, repeatable instruction.
Each video is grounded in pedagogical principles, including scaffolded learning (gradually increasing complexity), reinforcement through repetition, and clear cause-and-effect explanations (“the why behind the what”). The goal is to move learners from passive exposure to active comprehension and application.
NotebookLM was used as a synthesis and structuring tool to organize source material, identify key concepts, and generate coherent instructional flows. However, all final outputs were directed, curated, and aligned to specific learning objectives within the EmpowerTech Academy framework.
These videos are integrated directly into student training, serving as both instructional content and reinforcement tools. They are designed to reduce cognitive overload, increase retention, and support learners who may lack confidence or prior exposure to technology.
This work demonstrates the ability to not only create content, but to design learning systems—translating complex or unfamiliar concepts into accessible, structured experiences that produce real understanding.
